We collect only the data necessary to operate your account and allow you to take, store, and display test results on the Site.

Your School ID and School Name, 
Your Class ID and Class Name, 
Your Pupil ID and Pupil Name, 
Login credentials (stored in hashed form – we never save your actual password), 
Test answers and scores, 
Date and time of logins, 
Basic technical information (IP address, browser type, and device info). 

We do not collect or request special category (sensitive) data such as health, ethnicity, political opinions, or biometric information.

3. How we use your data: 

We use your data to provide access to your account and test materials, record, mark, and display test results, maintain the security and integrity of the Site, and improve functionality and troubleshoot issues. 
We will never sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

Teachers or exam staff responsible for setting and reviewing tests, 
Technical service providers who host or maintain the system (such as hosting or database services), 
Authorised administrators of Fylde Tech Ltd. and Readrevive Ltd. 

All access is restricted to legitimate educational, support, or security-related purposes.
No unauthorised third parties have access to your personal data.

Your data is securely stored on servers located in the United Kingdom. 
We use industry-standard encryption and access control measures to protect your information.
